GlowTheory launched with beautiful brand films that won compliments and lost money. The audience trusted creators, not campaigns. We were brought in to build a UGC and influencer engine: find the right faces, script the right hooks, and turn creator content into the brand's highest-performing paid asset.

(THE CHALLENGE)

Skincare UGC fails in two directions — too scripted and it's an infomercial, too loose and it says nothing. The brand also had zero creator relationships and a claims-sensitive category where every line has to stay honest.

(OUR APPROACH)

We cast 28 creators by skin story, not follower count — real routines, real texture, real lighting. Every brief led with a tested hook and left the delivery to the creator. The best organic performers were whitelisted and pushed as paid ads, with weekly tracking on every collab link.

(RESULTS & IMPACT)

Whitelisted UGC hit 3.2x ROAS — double the brand-film benchmark — while CPMs dropped 35%. The program produced 210 usable assets in four months, and two creators became long-term brand faces.
