Fleet had a gym-slot booking idea, a deadline, and no product. We designed the brand and shipped a working app in 21 days — then let real users decide what version two looked like.




Fleet Fitness wanted to sell flexible gym memberships across partner gyms — one pass, any location. Investors were interested; there was nothing to click. We took the idea from a notes-app pitch to a branded, bookable product fast enough to matter.
Speed against credibility. The MVP had to feel trustworthy enough for real payments and real gym partners while being built in weeks. And the brand had to stand out in a category addicted to aggressive black-and-red clichés.
We built the smallest product that proves the loop: browse gyms, book a slot, check in with a QR code. The brand went the other way from the category — warm, confident, zero shouting. Weekly releases went to a hundred beta users whose behavior, not opinions, set the roadmap.
The MVP shipped in 21 days. 4,000 signups in the first month, 62% of beta users booked a second session, and the working product helped close the pre-seed round. Version two is now being built on real usage data.
